Return to trafficker #2
You return to the house and join the women again. You watch them as they make use of the drugs that Colton sometimes provides, and you wonder if they may be smart for the escapes that they use. You suffer beatings from Colton for asking for the simplest things, like food or some fresh air. Because of the beatings, you walk with a limp and a black eye. After several nights, Colton receives comments from customers about your poor state. He takes you to a clinic himself, not trusting Tracy to accompany you. Colton stays by your side the whole time. When you go for an x-ray, Colton is not permitted to come along. He glares at you as they wheel you down the hall. Once inside, the nurse brings in an officer to ask you some questions. She has noticed the condition you are in and decides to contact the local police. The officer asks you questions about how you received your injuries. If someone did this to you, the officer claims they can get you help. The memory of the beating is fresh in your mind, but Colton has told you stories of what he would do to you and your family if you ever spoke to the police.
What happens next? If you trust the officer and would like to leave Colton, despite his threats, go to Police # 1.
If you believe Colton’s threats, go to Return to Trafficker #3.
