RESTORATION SPECIALISTS

A TEAM OF AMAZING AND HIGHLY SKILLED INDIVIDUALS

Restoration Specialists facilitate the daily programmatic operations at The Harbor, creating a warm, safe, and caring environment for the residents.

Each specialist brings her own experience and knowledge to the home as she provides support to the residents and administration on a daily basis. Because we are a 24/7 care-safe home and program, a specialist is on-site at all times, including overnight. Restoration Specialists are trained to apply trauma-informed principles in every aspect of their work.

Our coaching staff is one of the most essential parts of the work we do and without them, our ministry would not operate. We are blessed to have each one of our Restoration Specialists and love to see how they passionately serve the survivors on a daily basis!

Restoration Consultants

Kathy combines her coaching skills with a holistic and personalized approach, educating and helping residents take steps to become the very best version of themselves. Kathy leads group health and nutrition classes as well as one-on-one coaching sessions at the Survivor Center.
With over ten years of experience in anti-trafficking organizations overseas and in the States, Kim invests passion for caring well alongside our program team, developing, reviewing, implementing, and providing training on policy and best practices for restorative care.
Christy served as North Star’s residential advocate for almost four years and continues to support our residential care team and residents with her expertise in case management, phase planning, and staff development.
