At North Star Initiative, we are advocating for the restoration of women from sex trafficking: FOR FREEDOM. FOR LIFE. FOREVER. We are committed to providing support to survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. We operate The Harbor, a residential program that addresses the physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of the women we serve with a Christ-centered focus.
We also have a required monthly staff meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month from 6-8:30 pm.
* Please note that all employees must have child abuse clearance, state criminal clearance, and federal criminal clearance if moved in the last 5 years.

RESTORATION SPECIALISTS
We're seeking Restoration Specialists, a part-time position to partner in facilitating and administering daily programmatic operations at The Harbor. Restoration Specialists are expected to apply trauma-informed principles in every aspect of their work and be an essential part of the team that creates a warm, safe, and caring environment for the residents. The Part-Time Restoration Specialist is an hourly position starting at $18/hr. We are currently hiring for the following shifts: two evening , one weekday, and a Saturday morning.
