CLINICAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Celeste joins North Star's team with more than 23 years of experience in behavioral health roles. She has broad experience as a presenter on Gender Responsive Treatment for women in recovery from co-occurring disorders. Celeste's dynamic and creative approach to program development and her experience in Trauma Informed Care practices, shape her skilled direction of the Multi-Disciplinary Team.  

In her free time, Celeste enjoys spending time in nature, writing poetry, singing, and meeting new people in new places all over the world.
