Senior case Manager (FT)

The Senior Case Manager provides comprehensive, individual case management to residents, applying traumainformed principles to support residents’ goals within the framework of the program. The Senior Case Manager reports directly to the Clinical Director. This is a full-time, exempt position (salaried, 40-45 hours per week).
