THE HARBOR RESTORATION PROGRAM

North Star Initiative owns and operates the Harbor Home, a safe haven for survivors of domestic sex trafficking. The Home is capable of providing safe residence for up to 10 survivors at one time, with 5 bedrooms and 2 beds in each room. The Harbor provides 24/7/365 security through the use of security alarms, cameras and on-site coaching staff.

All survivors are part of a christ-centered trauma-informed program that offers a variety of therapeutic outlets that seek to address physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Participants of the Harbor restoration program are assessed during the application process and upon admission to determine the length of the program needed to fit each unique set of circumstances. Program durations may run as short as 90 days or as long as 18 months. Participants will work closely with a case management team to determine their goals and make clear paths to attain them. Participants will be required to meet weekly to discuss progress and adjust goals as needed.
